Missing person update; Nóra Uí Dhónaill has been found and is safe

Nora Ui Dhónall, mother of Niamh, Deaglán and Maitiú of Kilmacud Crokes GAA Club, who had been missing earlier today, has been found and is safe.

Thanks to all the club members, and the wider public, for their messages of support and concern.

Message below from the Family

Thanks all. The gardaí have contacted us to tell us Nora has been found. At Mallow train station.
That’s not surprising as one of her drivers is to return home to where she grew up in North Cork (she left over 60 years ago).
Somehow with no money and no bus pass or train pass she managed to get to Mallow! Resourceful or what!
Thank you all for your help and now you know what she and my Dad look like , you will see them everywhere as they are out walking in the area together every day. Please say hello to them as they love a little chat. My mother will have forgotten everything about today though! Go raibh maith agaibh. We live in a great neighbourhood.

Déaglán, Maitiú and all the Ó Dónaill family.
