COUNTDOWN TO SEVENS 2011 UNDERWAY

The 39th Kilmacud Crokes All Ireland Football Sevens will take place on Saturday 17 September 2011.  The All Ireland Football Sevens Cup is now one of the most coveted prizes in Club Football.  48 top class teams from all over the country will descend on Stillorgan for what is sure to be an intensely competitive days football.  For further information keep an eye on this web-site and on our dedicated Sevens web-site (link on menu above/left).  Facebook and daily Twitter updates are already being posted there.   This year's event is being staged in conjunction with the "Blue September" mens' cancer awareness initiative: http://www.blueseptember.ie/home_2011.php

The club will be very busy that day and any member wishing to volunteer to help out should contact the club office (01-2880857).

There will be a raffle for All Ireland tickets on the day.  Even if you are not successful in that, remember the Sevens is always a good place to pick up an elusive All Ireland Final ticket, never more elusive than this year one suspects!!

Note: parking restrictions will be in operation in/around Glenalbyn.
