Club Notes Week Beginning April 4th

Congratulations to the Dublin U21 footballers who won the Leinster Championship, after beating Kildare over the weekend. Well done to Dara Mullin, Andrew McGowan, Tom Fox and Cillian O'Shea who were the Crokes representatives. Thanks to all who came along and contributed to the success of our fund raising quiz held in the club on Saturday night. Thanks in particular to Ross and Bill O'Carroll who did a sublime job as quiz masters.  Monies raised from the quiz and raffle went to aid Laura Lynn and the publication of the Faces behind the Purple and Gold.  Many congrats to all involved in the Girls Feile football teams who represented the club over the weekend.  The 1st team got to the semi-final but lost out to Lucan. The second team did their best against very strong opposition in Man O War but failed to progress beyond the group stage. Both squads and all those involved with them should be hugely proud of their performances. These were the first Feile teams to wear our new BOI sponsor’s gear, and they did they did the club and our sponsor proud.
