Well done to our young Kilmacud Hurlers who won this tournament played against the following teams:

Erins Og, Kilkenny

Monalee, Limerick

Ballingaley, Co. Down

Co. Laoise

Faugh’s, Dublin

Played in lovely sunny conditions.   All games were of a high quality of hurling.

 

Kilmacud Crokes lads showed great team spirit throughout the day and the joy and excitement shown when Mark McCallum lifted the winner’s trophy will be remembered for years to come.   Eamon Keating, Michael Veal and Francis Herlihy were in charge with full support from the vocal parents.

 

Every player played with grit and determination.

 

Scorer in chief Ronan Kennedy was in “Super Mode”.

Special thanks to the Faugh’s Club who provided refreshments for all teams and parents throughout the day, to all teams who played the game in a wonderful sporting manner and to efficient referees who were very fair.
