Played under ideal conditions at Cloghran on Wednesday evening 19th July 2010, this was by far our worst display of the season.  Yes, maybe we were short a few regulars but no excuse for some sloppy play particularly in the first half.  This will not be near good enough for our upcoming championship matches.  To be honest Whitehall wanted it much more than us.  Playing with the breeze in the first half we found ourselves trailing by 1-7 to 1-5.  Only Brian Hanamy and Alan Carr showed up for the first half.  We saw a little improvement in the second and Alex Pilkington, Jonathan Hayes and Ray Mangan all played well.  Scorers for Crokes were Daibhi de Paor 0-5 (4f) Declan Brown 0-2 Alex Pilkington 1-0 Jonathan Hayes 1-0 Liam Cantwell 0-1
