Under 8's Reach Naomh Eanna Final..PHOTOS NOW ADDED

The annual Naomh Eanna tournament was held in Gorey on Saturday 28th August 2010.

20 players were selected for the trip. The sun shone on the day and the hurling was of a very high standard.

Crokes won all 4 of their group games (against Rapparees, Clonard, Mount Sion and Buffers Alley).

They met Edenderry in the semi-finals and won by 2 points.

The final between the home team of Naomh Eanna and Kilmacud was a very well-attended affair and the hurling was end-to-end stuff with KC being the better team. Both teams played a similar brand of hurling, predominantly ground hurling.

Victory by a point was snatched by the home team with a stunning goal in the last minute of the lowing scoring game
