Strong performance gives A's the points

Time of the year when it's difficult to predict what the makeup of any team will be. As it happens this was an opportunity for a number of players to ease back into action following injury - and for others to re-introduce themselves following their recent travels. In addition, the young turks had the opportunity again to prove they were more than willing to step up to the plate.
