26/7/11: Recently, on RTE TV, Gerry Collins shared his thoughts on coping with cancer, an increasing risk that we are all exposed to.  There is every chance of a full recovery these days and Gerry is living proof of that as all his Kilmacud colleagues know so well.  The indefatigable Gerry is back training twice a week and he now harbours two "sporty" ambitions: (a) managing a Kilmacud football team (again!) and ..... (b) climbing to base camp on Mount Everest!  He is also back at the heart of his recruitment business where he can be contacted at: gerry@jobsource.ie (086-1212336).
