O’Loughlin Wins Dubs Star

Congratulations to Crokes Kevin O’Loughlin on winning his first Evening Herald/Dublin Bus Dubs Star. After a wonderful debut year with the Crokes seniors, that also saw him make the Dublin under 21 squad, Kevin has been selected at right corner forward. Four other Crokes players were nominated for the team - Richie Sweetnam, Niall Corcoran, Niall Lillis and Fergal Armstrong.

The Dub Stars will play the Dublin county team in Fingallians on Sunday, January 3 (hurling 2pm/football 4pm). Fingallians are celebrating their 125th anniversary this year and will be officially unveiling their new floodlighting facilities for the games.
