Under 12 Boy's Footballers on Tour

Our U12 boys were invited to the annual Navan O’Mahony’s John Joe McCabe Football Tournament on 30^th August. They played in an 8-team adjusted 11-aside tournament and made their way to the final match against St Colmcille’s of Meath. 

Down 3-7 with 10 minutes to go, the boys dug in and played some brilliant team football to score 6 unanswered points in a row to clinch the win. This was our group’s first tournament win and they represented their wider group and club community with distinction. 

This last image shows everything we’re about as a club and U12 group. We strive to win, but it’s not our ultimate mission. Our focus is on skills development, on player development, on friendship and belonging. Crokes Abú.
