The Under 11's suffered the narrowest of defeats in Ballyragget, County Kilkenny, on Sunday 18 June. In a very exciting game, Thomastown won out by a single point.
During 1975 John Mitchell showed off the 1974 Chamionship trophy (finished late) to students in St Laurences. Stillorgan.
He also gave the students a half day off school, much to the consternation of the school Principal!
Under 12’s Take to the Air!
The weekend of June 10/11 2006 will remain with the Crokes under 12 hurlers for many a day.
On a bright but somewhat cool late May evening, Kilmacud Crokes Under-14A’s showed great strength of character to grind out a fully deserved draw against St. Vincent’s in a Division One league encounter at Pairc Naomh Uinseann.
A fabulous win by the Crokes U16 hurlers at Glenalbyn on Wednesday evening, 10 May, against their fiercest rivals St. Brigid's. In what was the match of the season so far, Crokes were very much up for this game from the word go and led at half-time by 7 points to 3.

The Kilmacud Crokes under 12 hurling squad had an early start for a great day out in Thurles on Sunday 23rd April 2006.
The Under 14A's drew with Lucan on Saturday afternoon, 6 May 2006. Although leading at half time, Crokes faded in the second half, allowing Lucan, with the benefit of over 7 minutes of injury time to draw level by the final whistle.
The Senior Hurling team was beaten by a strong Vincents in O'Toole Park on Saturday evening, 6 May 2006. The final score was Vincents; 2-17, Kilmacud Crokes; 1-08.
